• Consulting Services
• Online Training Courses
• CRM Subscriptions
• Grow Dental and Grow Dental+ plans, which include various digital marketing tools and advertising management services.
2. Account Creation
• Upon purchasing a subscription, you can create an account online to access our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process.
3. User-Uploaded Content
• You may upload your own content (e.g., text, images, or videos) to the platform.
• You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Grow Dental a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the content as necessary to provide the Services.
• You represent and warrant that your uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Subscription Billing and Payments
• Subscriptions to our Services are billed automatically on the purchase date each month.
• You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize Grow Dental to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Grow Dental. To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone using the details below.
• Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
5. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at the details below.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Grow Dental, including but not limited to training courses, software, marketing assets, and templates, remain the intellectual property of Grow Dental.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Services without our explicit written consent.
7. Prohibited Activities
While using our Services, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.Upload or share content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the platform.
8. Service Modifications and Termination
•We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Service at our discretion with reasonable notice to users.
• If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, we may issue a prorated refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
•To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Dental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Grow Dental harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
